INGREDIENTS
- 1 large burrito-sized tortilla
- 1 cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons FitCook Foodz sugar-free honey mustard sauce
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, apple cubes, red onion, lettuce, slivered almonds, and shredded cheese.
- In a second bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and FitCook Foodz honey dressing. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the sauce to the previous bowl. Mix.
- Place the mixture in the center of the tortilla, then roll tightly to form a snug wrap.
