Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) whiskey
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) citrus liqueur (Triple Sec)
- 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) La Pêche Fitcook Foodz Sugar-Free Cocktail Syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) egg white
- 1 oz (30 ml) water
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients except ice cubes in a shaker. Shake vigorously.
2. Add ice cubes and shake a second time.
3. Strain and pour into a glass.
4. Add drops of bitters on top of the foam.
5. Using a small skewer or butter knife, create a design with the drops of bitters on the foam.
