We do not refund any products, except in specific cases. Exceptions include products damaged during shipping or expired products. If you receive a damaged or expired item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you return or replace it.
Allergies
Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you are allergic to one of our products. It is your responsibility to check the list of ingredients before purchasing and using our products.
Product Damaged During Shipping

We cover the shipping costs for returns, unless you simply change your mind. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We understand that tastes vary from person to person. That's why we don't refund products you don't like the taste of.
