Ingredients
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
• ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 3 green onions
• ½ zucchini, grated and drained

• ½ cup Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup Fitcook Foodz gluten-free protein blend
Preparation
- Shape 9 small boats with wet hands and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
