Ingredients
- 2L raspberries
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup FitCook Foodz sugar-free raspberry cocktail syrup
- ¼ cup maple syrup (optional)
Steps
1. Place the raspberries, chia seeds, raspberry syrup, and maple syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir the jam a few times with a spatula. Simmer until the raspberries soften and the texture thickens, about 20 minutes.
3. Let cool and transfer to a container.
