Poutine with Nordic shrimp

INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES :

  • 450 g white potatoes
  • 90 g of low-fat cheese
  • ½ cup FitCook Foodz Squick-Squick Low Calories Poutine Sauce
  • 200g Nordic shrimp
  • 1 C. tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 green pepper cut into small pieces
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. FitCook Foodz Gluten-Free Grill Seasoning

 

STEPS :

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into fries. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add a small pinch of salt and a drizzle of Camelina oil from FitCook Foodz. Mix, then cook in an airfryer until crispy.
  3. Cut the green pepper and green onions into small cubes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, diced green pepper and green onions. Add FitCook Foodz Grill Seasoning and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Heat Squick-Squick Poutine Sauce in a saucepan over low heat until hot, stirring frequently to achieve a smooth texture.
  6. In a bowl, place the fries, add the sauce on top, then add the shrimp topping. Finish by adding the cheese. Enjoy your food!
