Meatloaf rolls

INGREDIENTS :

Bread :

  •  500g of minced meat
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup FitCook Foodz Legendary
  • 1/4 cup crushed tomato
  • 1 C. tbsp FitCook Foodz Passe-Partout seasoning
 
Sauces :
  • 1 C. tbsp FitCook Foodz Passe-Partout seasoning
  • ¼ cup The Legendary FitCook Foodz
  • ¼ cup crushed tomato
  • ½ cup basmati rice
  • Low-fat cheese
  • Green onions

 
STEPS :

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the rice.
  3. In a bowl, using your hands, mix all the ingredients together.
  4. With the mixture obtained, form 12 balls by adding a cube of cheese in the center.
  5. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. When the buns are cooked, place them on the cooked rice, add the sauce. Add vegetables of your choice as an accompaniment.
