INGREDIENTS :
Bread :
- 500g of minced meat
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/4 cup The Legendary, Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce FitCook Foodz
- 1/4 cup crushed tomato
- 1 C. tbsp Passe-Partout seasoning FitCook Foodz
Sauces :
- 1 C. tbsp Passe-Partout seasoning by FitCook Foodz
- ¼ cup The Legendary Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce by FitCook Foodz
- ¼ cup crushed tomato
- ½ cup basmati rice
- Low-fat cheese
- Green onions
STEPS :
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook the rice.
- In a bowl, using your hands, mix all the ingredients together.
- With the mixture obtained, form 12 balls by adding a cube of cheese in the center.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- When the buns are cooked, place them on the cooked rice, add the sauce. Add vegetables of your choice as an accompaniment.
