INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES:
Mousse
- 4 cups (1 L) sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups (500 ml) unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 scoops of chocolate flavored protein powder (or protein powder of your choice)
- ½ pallet of 90% dark chocolate, melted
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Fitcook Foodz Aphrodisiac
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) liquid vanilla
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) decaffeinated instant coffee
STEPS:
- In a saucepan over high heat, place the sweet potatoes and almond milk. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Send the contents of the pot to the blender with all the other mousse ingredients. Add a pinch of salt and puree until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a dish. Drizzle in the melted peanut butter and L'Aphrodisiaque . Using a toothpick or the tip of a butter knife , make marbled patterns. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
