INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES:
Waffles
- ½ cup (125 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (60 ml) egg white
- ¼ cup (60 ml) whole wheat flour (or oat flour or flour of choice)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
- 2 tsp (10 ml) baking powder
- 2 tsp (10 ml) ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder (or protein powder of your choice)
- 1 egg
Jello
- 2 cups (500 ml) frozen raspberries
- ½ cup (125 ml) water
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of La Sensuelle Fitcook Foodz
- 2 sachets of powdered gelatin
Plate
- 15 raspberries
- 10 mint leaves
- ½ cup (125 ml) Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of La Sensuelle Fitcook Foodz
STEPS:
- Preheat the waffle iron to power 4.
- In a food processor, combine all waffle ingredients. Add a pinch of salt and puree until smooth to make a waffle mixture.
- Spray waffle iron with oil, pour waffle mixture and spread well to make an even layer. Lower the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing into 4. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, place the raspberries and water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- In a small bowl, combine powdered gelatin and ¼ cup (60 ml) water. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes to make a gelatinous potion.
- While the contents of the cauldron are still hot, add the gelatinous potion and La Sensuelle Fitcook Foodz. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set. Cut into small cubes.
- Serve waffle wedges with jello cubes and toppings.
