Protein Guacamole

INGREDIENTS :

Guacamole :

  • 1 large avocado
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cored tomato cut into small cubes
  • 1 C. tbsp FitCook Foodz Passe-Partout seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Tabasco hot sauce to taste (optional)
  • Finely chopped coriander to taste (optional)


Tortilla chips :

  • 2 small tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon FitCook Foodz Tex-Mex seasoning


STEPS :

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado using a fork.
  2. In the previous bowl, add the cottage cheese, tomato, red onion, all-purpose spice blend and lemon juice. Mix. To book.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer to 390.
  4. Cut the tortillas into 8 triangles. Spray them with oil using an oil spray bottle.
  5. Sprinkle the Tex-Mex spice blend over the tortillas.
  6. Place in the Air Fryer for 2 to 3 minutes or until the tortillas are lightly browned and crispy.
