Here's a protein-packed and ultra-tasty twist on classic guacamole! By mixing avocado and cottage cheese, you get a creamy, light, and nutritious texture, enhanced with a dash of FitCook Foodz Passe-Partout seasoning. Add a little lemon juice, diced tomatoes, and why not a touch of cilantro or hot sauce if you like it spicy!
And what would good guacamole be without good chips? Here, we make them homemade with crispy tortillas in the Air Fryer, seasoned with FitCook Foodz's Tex-Mex blend. It's quick, simple, and so much tastier than the store-bought versions.
