Dry ingredients
- 15 g oat flour
- 15 g Nova Pharma chocolate-flavored protein isolate
- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder.
Wet ingredients
- 3 tablespoons La Sensuelle, FitCook Foodz raspberry dessert sauce
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips
- 3-4 raspberries.
Steps
1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine all dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients. Mix.
3. Add whole raspberries to the center of the mixture.
4. Add the chocolate chips on top.
5. Microwave for 40 to 60 seconds.
6. Let stand in the mug for 2 minutes.
7. Remove from the mug and add a drizzle of La Sensuelle, a few raspberries, and powdered sugar. (Optional)
