Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons large oat flakes
- 10 almonds
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoons La Pitoune, FitCook Foodz sugar-free maple dessert sauce
Base
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ serving vanilla protein isolate
- 1 tablespoon La Pitoune by FitCook Foodz
Steps:
- In a bowl, combine the oats, almonds, chia seeds, cinnamon, melted butter, and FitCook Foodz La Pitoune. Set aside.
- In a second bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and La Pitoune from FitCook Foodz.
- Cut the apple in half. Remove the core with a spoon.
- Place the oat mixture in the center of the two apple pieces.
- Place in an air fryer at 375˚F for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
- Spread the protein yogurt mixture on a serving plate.
- When the apples are cooked to your liking, place them on top of the protein yogurt.
- Garnish with La Pitoune dessert sauce.
