Servings: 2 to 4
Ingredients
- 260g fresh salmon
- ½ cup finely diced mango
- ¼ cup The Ninja de FitCook Foodz
- 1 cup finely chopped spring salad mix*
- 24 scoop-style Tostitos chips
Avocado dip
- 1 ripe avocado
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Steps
1. Mash the avocado in a bowl.
2. Add all the ingredients for the avocado purée to the same bowl and mix. Set aside.
3. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into small cubes.
4. Mix the salmon with the Ninja FitCook Foodz in a bowl. Set aside.
5. Place the salad mixture on your chips, followed by the avocado purée, salmon mixture, and mangoes. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds.
*The spring salad mix is optional in the recipe if you are eating it immediately. However, if you are serving it as an appetizer and it will not be eaten right away, it is best to add the salad mix so that the chips remain crispy. The salad creates a barrier that prevents the avocado purée from soaking into your chips.
Bon appétit!
