INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) peanut butter or almond butter)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) milk of your choice
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 orange (zest & juice)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) ground cinnamon
- 2 cups (500 ml) FitCook Foodz Pancake & Waffle Protein Mix
Creaming
- 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) cream cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) La Pitoune Fitcook Foodz maple sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ground turmeric
- 1 tsp (5 ml) ground cinnamon
STEPS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place wet ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Whisk until smooth.
4. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
5. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, divide the mixture into 10 cookies. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. For the creaming, place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
7. After removing from oven, wait 15 minutes before topping cookies with cream.
