AUTUMN COFFEE ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 scoop of iso caramel or vanilla protein
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 2 tbsp. Le Cozy FitCook Foodz syrup

STEPS:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Using your hands, form 12 small balls.

*If the mixture is too wet to form the balls, place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then form the balls.
