- 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1 scoop of iso caramel or vanilla protein
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground coffee
- 2 tbsp. The Cozy, Sugar-Free Coffee Syrup by FitCook Foodz
STEPS:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Using your hands, form 12 small balls.
*If the mixture is too wet to form the balls, place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then form the balls.
