- ¼ cup (60 mL) The Funky, Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce by Fitcok Foodz
Vegetables
- ¼ cauliflower, chopped

- In a skillet over high heat (or on the BBQ), grill the steaks for 2 minutes on each side for rare doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- In the same pan (or on a BBQ cooking mat), put the cauliflower, pepper and carrot. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Season with Salt & Pepper and chili powder. Transfer everything to a bowl and add the drizzle of oil, parsley and grilled lemon juice. Mix well to make a salad of grilled vegetables.
- Serve the steak slices with the grilled vegetable salad and La Funky des Fit Sauces sugar-free BBQ sauce as a finishing touch.
Fit Cook Tip:
For an original exotic punch, toast the lemon in a pan over high heat (or on the BBQ) for 2 minutes. Grilled citrus juice adds an interesting twist to this Mexican-inspired grilled vegetable salad.
